Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at Gallaher Fleet Solutions. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop by coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and managing communication between our clients and service technicians.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling service appointments.- Coordinate with our skilled team of diesel technicians to schedule and dispatch work orders effectively and in a timely manner.- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and completed work orders using our internal systems.- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service status, answer questions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.- Assist in inventory management and procurement of necessary parts and supplies to support repair operations.- Collaborate closely with team members to streamline service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
