Joe Gallaher

Joe Gallaher, the visionary founder behind Gallaher Fleet Solutions, is a testament to hard work and passion for diesel trucks. Growing up alongside his diesel mechanic father, he honed his skills restoring trucks, fixing equipment and learning through hard work. After the Marine Corps, Joe immersed himself in the diesel industry, gaining expertise working in the industry as a technician. After he earned his bachelor's degree in business management from UNCC in 2018, he started to live out his dream of owning his own business. In January of 2019, with determination and a service truck, he founded Gallaher Fleet Solutions. With a deep commitment to excellence, he has steered the company to success, offering top-notch services and quality workmanship.

Parts Manager
Shawn Dimperio

As Parts Manager, Shawn oversees all aspects of parts operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and sourcing critical components to maintain efficient workflow. With over a decade of automotive industry experience, he brings deep knowledge, precision, and strong execution to the role. His strengths in logic and organization continue to drive consistent operational performance. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys reading, photography, and attending car shows.

Noah Augustine
Service Manager | Statesville Shop
Noah Augustine

As the Shop Foreman, Noah plays a key role behind our workshop, overseeing work delegation, upholding quality standards, and providing expertise in diagnostics and engine work. His journey from high school to on-the-job learning has been marked by extensive experience in metal fabrication, trailer body, suspension, and engine shop operations. Holding certifications in welding and AC, his primary skills encompass engine work, diagnostics, and metal fabrication. A standout career highlight includes the construction of a Detroit 60 series and engaging in custom fabrication, offering him valuable learning experiences and growth opportunities. Outside of work, Noah enjoys vacation time and channels his passion for craftsmanship into building his pickup truck. With a commitment to excellence and continuous growth, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards at our shop.

Steven Thompson
Service Manager | Gaston County Shop
Steven Thompson

As the Lead Technician, Steven specializes in diagnosing electrical issues, guiding and leading the team, addressing check engine light concerns, and undertaking any necessary repairs in the shop. He brings eight years of diesel repair experience and expertise in automotive repairs and alignments. His certifications include proficiency in performing vehicle alignments and A/C repair. Known for his primary skills in electrical diagnosis and his role as a team player, Steven is particularly proud of his continuous learning journey, pushing himself to unravel challenging issues encountered daily. This perseverance, coupled with the mantra of never giving up, has significantly contributed to his professional growth. Beyond the shop, Steven finds joy in riding dirt bikes with his two sons, cherishing the moments spent making lasting memories with them.

Aaron Allen

Aaron is a skilled Technician specializing in Clutches and Suspension Repair. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of essential vehicle components. His expertise spans a diverse range, including Preventive Maintenance (Pm's), working as an IronWorker, and specializing in Transmissions. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys fishing.

Trent Woody
Mobile Service Manager
Trent Woody

Trent is a skilled technician, he focuses on executing maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles with quality work to ensure a positive customer experience. He is a proud graduate from Lincoln College of Technology in Nashville, TN, where he majored in Diesel Technology. Trent brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his position. With five years of experience under his belt, he holds two ASE Certifications in Medium/Heavy Duty, complemented by a College Certificate in the same field. Trent's primary expertise lies in Medium/Heavy Duty Truck repair. Notably, his completion of college at Lincoln Tech stands out as a career highlight, marking the crucial first step into his profession and providing the foundational knowledge and opportunities needed for success. Outside of work, Trent finds joy in riding street bikes and cheering for the Carolina Panthers during football season. His commitment to excellence both in and out of the shop makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Customer Service Specialist
Cheryl Robinson

Cheryl brings warmth, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people to her role as Customer Service Specialist at Gallaher Fleet Solutions. She’s often the first friendly face or voice our customers encounter—and she makes sure they always feel heard and appreciated.

A graduate of West Iredell High School in Statesville, NC, Cheryl gained nearly 10 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and relationship-building.

Cheryl takes pride in going above and beyond for customers, whether it’s solving problems, answering questions, or simply brightening someone’s day. One of her favorite parts of the job? “Interacting with our customers—and their furry friends!”

Cheryl is a proud wife to her best friend, a devoted mom to four children, and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren. Her family is the heart of her world, and she brings that same caring nature into her work every day.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys the peace of her garden, caring for her chickens, and spending time with her tortoise. Her nurturing spirit and love for nature are just a few of the many things that make her a valued part of the Gallaher team.

Business Development Lead
Jason Pyles

As the Business Development Lead at Gallaher Fleet Solutions, Jason focuses on building meaningful customer relationships and driving new business opportunities. With a strong foundation in sales planning, prospecting, and problem solving, Jason works closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to long-term partnership. Jason brings over 18 years of experience from Lowe’s Companies, where he held key roles in logistics, replenishment, project management, and service management. His background has shaped him into a self-motivated, team-oriented leader with a strong drive for positive, impactful results.

A graduate of West Wilkes High School and Wilkes Community College, Jason also holds the honors of being an Eagle Scout and an Ordained Deacon—a reflection of his values in leadership and service.

What he enjoys most about working at Gallaher Fleet Solutions is the positive and supportive environment built by the team. Outside of work, you’ll find Jason catering and coordinating events on the weekends—his way of bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

Office Manager
Carol McClain

As Office Manager at Gallaher Fleet Solutions, Carol plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for people, she manages administrative support, HR coordination, financial processes, and internal communications—all while ensuring the office remains a productive and positive space for the entire team.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree, which laid the foundation for her strengths in organization, leadership, and communication. She began her career in office management and has since accumulated over 18 years of experience in administrative operations and corporate human resources, primarily within the manufacturing sector.

What Carol enjoys most about working at Gallaher Fleet Solutions is the genuine sense of community: “It truly feels like home. I have a voice here, and our team is always willing to help each other.”

Outside of work, Carol describes herself as an old soul who values faith, authenticity, and meaningful connection. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, music, off-roading, enjoying home-cooked meals, and relaxing by bonfires.
